Disintegarion of the ego - effortless wisdom, the insight that comes from recognizing that nothing can be possessed and thus from letting go….I had this feeling when I took mushrooms very clearly - I could see myself from a distance -really disattached from myself looking at me like a stranger would see me I would have been a completely different person if I hadn’t moved out of Germany and my hometown somehow - I felt that in the years I spent in Spain and in London -that I got part of a thing like a river that was carrying me away.
